Appointed early in the design phase, N+M played a key role in making this bespoke private dwelling financially viable. By engineering an innovative shallow raft foundation, we enabled the contractor to deliver a realistic, cost-effective budget for the client. N+M subsequently provided full structural design services across both the substructure and superstructure.
