At nicoll+mcbrayne, we specialise in offering a comprehensive range of consultancy services as civil and structural engineers, from small-scale renovations for private homeowners to multi-million pound developments for our commercial clients.
We are a small but passionate team who care about the quality, reliability and punctuality of the service we provide. We are committed to providing our clients with the best bespoke engineered solution to suit each unique design brief. Our broad experience both within the Midlands and UK wide allows us to tailor each design to satisfy the varied challenges posed, be it site constraints, planning restrictions or budget.
Housing and commercial experience.
Our housing experience ranges from small scale extensions for homeowners to regeneration projects including the refurbishment of former factories and offices into apartment blocks and the restoration and conversion of listed buildings into family homes. Alongside our work for private developers and homeowners, we are privileged to have worked with several housing associations providing much needed social housing stock.
In the commercial sector we have worked on numerous new multi-million pound healthcare facilities from North Yorkshire to the south coast, several large industrial estates with warehousing units and distribution centres nationwide, and over 100 new small and large scale housing and apartment projects all over the UK.
Alongside structural design, we offer a wealth of experience in SuDS drainage provision, using the latest industry leading modelling software to plan effective storm drainage solutions and compliance with ever evolving planning legislation.
