The project contractor appointed N+M to deliver value engineering solutions after previous designs proved cost-prohibitive. Working in close collaboration with the contractor, we developed a revised structural design that delivered an economical and structurally sound solution that successfully upgraded the existing loading dock area for long-term operational use.
