Dorsia Homes is a Sheffield developer specialising in bespoke, luxury homes in the city and Peak District, with over two decades of experience. N+M partnered with Dorsia Homes to deliver efficient sustainable drainage (SuDS) solutions across two distinct residential developments: An urban apartment scheme near the city centre and a luxury housing project at the former Redmires Reservoir filtration works. Overcoming complex site constraints, our civil team engineered bioretention gardens and SuDS attenuation basins to effectively reduce surface runoff rates while enhancing rainwater treatment quality.
