Partnering with Lucion (Delta-Simons), N+M have delivered sustainable drainage (SuDS) designs for seven new Lidl supermarkets across the UK. Our team navigated complex planning conditions and successfully complied with stringent Welsh Schedule 3 SAB legislation on several sites, securing regulatory approvals and keeping nationwide development schedules on track.
