Framework has provided life-changing support for individuals affected by homelessness, addiction, and domestic abuse for over 25 years. To support their expanding accommodation needs, N+M delivered full civil and structural engineering designs for a new supported housing scheme featuring on-site training facilities and 24-hour staff offices and accommodation. Overcoming steep site topography and protected trees, our team integrated sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and infiltration basins seamlessly into the landscaping—creating functional stormwater management that doubles as a peaceful garden space for resident reflection and mental health counselling.
